My experience has been amazing. They are very thorough and kind and incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I personally saw Dr. Braden Bybee at this office and I kept requesting to see him when I came back. He made me feel safe and made sure I knew all of my options and felt comfortable in my decision. I can never see male doctors for personal reasons so the fact that I kept requesting him says a lot about him. That man deserves a raise lol!

I drove an hour to this place because I was referred by my dentist since it was going to be covering my 4 wisdom teeth removal surgery. They contacted me a few days later to schedule my consultation in a week. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes before to fill out paper work and was called in quick. The consultation went good. They scheduled my wisdom teeth surgery in a month since it had to go through the insurance. Never received a phone call to get reminded I had an appointment didn’t think anything of it so the day comes I go to my appointment and they say I was never scheduled an APPOINTMENT!! But I had proof of the appointment card they gave me so they said they’d be able to do it. But the receptionist still managed to get my name and profile information mixed up the surgeon was

I am extremely disappointed. I drove an hour to see this doctor and it was unfortunately, for nothing. I even called and asked if I was going to be able to get seen in a timely manner because I had to get back to work at a certain time, they said yes and that it shouldn’t be a problem. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. I waited an hour, still hadn’t been seen, and finally decided to ask what was going on. I was told that there was 4 people still in front of me and I would have to wait even longer. I explained that I had driven an hour to get there and that I needed to get back to work, the receptionist still wouldn’t help. Dr Jullian saved my life!! Dr Woo to. I had stage 4 oral cancer. 5 years later.. I’m still here and so far cancer free. I have nothing but gratitude to the staff here!! I recommend them!!!
