Sam is the best! Let me preface that I have been cutting my hair and dying it myself for YEARS. This is due to a bad experience I had when I was younger and just not trusting anyone with my hair. I am trying to be more comfortable with others touching my hair. I saw the revie for this location and thought what can go wrong. I called and got an appointment for the same day. It was perfect! Sam did a wonderful job taking care of my hair. She had a consultation with me first to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted. Everyone was so kind as well! Sam did an amazing job with my hair and getting it to where I want to be with keeping in mind where I would like to be in the future. Very happy I am came to this location and got such an amazing haircut and color! (•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠)*⁠♡

My 11 year old daughter and I had the most amazing experience here today! In the morning my daughter got the princess treatment which included a wash, blow dry and tinsel extensions. Margarita did an amazing job with her hair. We were on vacation and I really wanted to get my hair done but they were completely booked for the day. Margarita decided to stay late even though she had a complete booked day to fit me in! I came back later in the day and had the most brilliant time with her. I am so satisfied with the color and cut. She really took the time to listen and helped me decide what I wanted to do. The entire staff there is so friendly and accommodating and the facility was completely relaxing and clean. Krista in Bonita Springs is 5 stars. She is terrific with my color and cuts! She listens and suggests often ways to improve my color cut etc! I leave thrilled with it all! Becca at front desk is just awesome and hoes out of her way to assist all of us in such a positive way! I just want to say that this is the third year that Roberts of Philadelphia Hair Salon has had our students come into the shop and get a shampoo, haircut, style and blow dried and lunch at no expense to the students. They also extend this to the teacher and job coaches. We have now been to all three salons and it gets better and better each year. The students leave feeling really great about themselves and enjoyed the wonderful experience of it all. The stylists are wonderful to use their time, and make these kids feel special. It's truly a wonderful event this salon has taken on now for the last 3 years.This was my second year, having Evelyn Mendez style my hair. Evelyn is very kind and very knowledgeable.
