I came here after struggling with a haircut from another salon, and I showed Yosef a picture of what I wanted. He patiently explained really well how he would cut it, and it turned out great. It is so much easier for me to style now. It looks better than ever, and I’ve gotten compliments on how alive my hair looks. And the coffee was really good. Thank you for a great cut

I'm trying to switch from high light to baliage. My hair is weak. I came with a photo of what I'm trying to achieve. Last time, I discussed everything with the stylist. But instead of balayage, he did highlights all over my head again. He even touched my knee. His assistant was nearby, I asked that another master finish the work, but I was assured that no one would finish it instead of him. He apologized afterwards, but he clearly does this regularly and doesn't consider it a bad thing anymore. The employee is clearly sabotaging the practice.
