Went to get a haircut this afternoon, asked for dead ends to be trimmed and for long layers. What I did not ask for was my hair to come out to be 3 different lengths, I understand curly hair can vary but this is just unbelievable.. I used to really enjoy coming here, now I seriously need to rethink that. Highly disappointed

Just got hair done here he did an amazing job got colour and bleach and he did exactly what I wanted! He even got my hair to curl more than I’ve ever seen! Tipped way less than I should have on accident but will be back! Amazing experience!

This was my 3rd time coming to Rob Roy's 'S. My last 2 appointments were great. But this one was not so great to point where I don't think I'll come back. What I wanted vs what I got (images). I will go somewhere else to get my hair fixed because this isn't acceptable.

Misty has always been so amazing!! She always takes such good care of me . I have suffered with hair loss and psoriasis and she has always been so gentle and understanding. I have been so self conscious about getting my hair done and every time I have an appointment I feel like me again. I can not say enough about her. She is amazing
