I came in very nervous to get a short cut after a bleaching disaster and was taken care of by Bry she took such good care of me and was hilarious. By far my best salon experience ever! She made me comfortable and did an amazing job on my hair! If you’re going to Rob Roy go see Bry! But don’t take my spot, because I’ll be back!

I took my sons there this past weekend because the first experience we had here was amazing and bit my kids requested to go back. Needless to say we won’t be coming back. One of my son’s haircut was done good so I won’t say a thing about his. But my oldest son whose hair was done by a lady with short black hair glasses. I told her verbatim I would like it short but not too short cuz he likes it being pushed to the side. This lady fully took the cutters and ran a 2 on my whole son’s hair!!!! The sides are 2 seperate lengths!!!! The back is completely uneven the back top is not well cut that it now looks like one side was cut the other wasn’t!!! My son is so embarrassed and he didn’t wanna say anything on the spot to not offend anyone. I didn’t even get to look at his hair properly but when

Decided to give rob Roy a chance at coloring my hair- not a good experience. My appointment was left for 11am.. I showed up on time and had to wait 1 hour for the stylist to start my process. She said the appt before her wanted extra stuff (she could’ve called me to come in later). Then I asked the stylist for a balayage and even showed her a picture of what I was looking for (my hair was already super light).. the lady totally did something else. She gave me highlights instead and darkened my hair.. she told me in the sun and as I wash it, it will lighten up. She colored my grays and left the black dye color on my forehead and around my side burns still there. Linsay saved my hair. Unfortunately my hair had been butchered by another hairdresser and my confidence had taken a huge hit. My husband has been going to Linsay for years and suggested I called her to see if she could fix it. She not only fixed the cut, but took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and was very patient and made sure to tell me everything she was doing. Not only do I not hate my haircut anymore, I feel cute and beautiful and it’s all thanks to Linsay’s kindness and patience. Cannot recommend this place enough
