The worst haircut in my entire life. Im deeply hurt. I showed this lady a picture of exactly how i want my hair since its the same style ive been getting for years, she told me she can do it, i took her word for it, she did nothing i asked, messed up my hairline, didnt cut my beard how i asked and after scraping my hairline away she then proceeded to say she can fix it 🤦‍♂️ to that lady you have hurt my feelings so deep today it messed up my day that was intended for a photoshoot with my family. I will never set foot in that baber shop again.

I went in today, and I brought a picture of what i wanted so they dont have to rely on imagination. I asked the gentleman if he's comfortable with this style of cut, and he said yes. He proceees to cut comb my hair slick back, near the end of the cut. I show him the picture again, and he does all he can to rectify the problem. He went up too high on the sides, the hair was cut too short on the top, i dont even know what the back looks like cause he never showed me, but at that point i knew, its over. I tried to be calm and nice about it, but i didn't feel compelled to leave a tip. There was no lineup on the front like in the picture i showed. It's like why bother bringing a picture if yall are gonna freestyle it anyway?

I've been to this barber twice. The first time I had the dude, he was fine. I asked for a simple medium length quiff and he ended up cutting it pretty short, but I figured it was my own fault for not giving him a picture for reference. I went in again today with a picture of exactly what I wanted as I want to keep growing my hair out but it needed a little definition. This time I had the girl who works there. When I tell you that this was the worst haircut I have ever had I am not joking. She practically shaved me bald and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was a perfect haircut. This place doesn't deserve your business for how much they'll charge you to butcher ur hair. Please if you see this, run! Don't go here it's a nightmare. I have been coming to this shop for the past 10 years, and I have received nothing but the best service from Sally and Hector. These two are powerhouse barber team. Highly recommend

I came in for a needed trim after Covid hair loss. She gave the best advice and was super friendly. I tend to be an easily overwhelmed person who doesn't do good in new places, but the energy this little shop gave was great. I came on a Sunday morning as a walk in. The service in and out was about 15 minutes overall. Loved the experience and will definitely be back.
