I was once a patient of Dr. Love and Jo Shuford-Guice for approximately six to seven years. Throughout that time, I trusted this office with my dermatological care. However, my most recent experience has left me feeling overlooked, dismissed, and unsupported during a period of significant medical vulnerability. In the weeks following my surgery, developed severe skin inflammation that began on my body and eventually migrated to my face. When the last prescribed medication failed to provide relief, I contacted the office to report the worsening symptoms. I was told that a nurse would return my call. It has now been two weeks without any follow-up, guidance, or acknowledgment of my condition.

Dr. Love was given the right name. Everyone in Dr.Loves practice are very warm, they take interest and address your concerns. At 61 years young I’m very afraid on injections, Dr.Love puts my fear at ease each and every time. Dr. Love goes the extra mile and explains each procedure thoroughly, and gives you the option to proceed or not without feeling pressured. I’m very satisfied with her services and the staff. Dr,Loves offices are clean and the decor is warm and inviting. I highly recommend Dr. love for all your skin issues or if you are considering getting Botox or Filler.
