The best nail trip I’ve ever had! Cindy did my nails and I absolutely love them. She made them exactly how I asked. She was also very thorough in every step of the process and it was like it took no time at all! I will be coming back here for all my future nails :))

I felt very unwelcomed. Two ladies were fighting over who to do me because they both didn’t want to my basic pedi and mani. There were only 2 other customers in the salon at the time. Mani was terribly done and rushed, while the lady who did my pedi was on her phone most of the time. Sat there for like 20 minutes waiting to get my topcoat only to be ignored for their regulars. Really did not enjoy this experience at all.

Wendy & Every1 There Are Awesome!!! Very Hospitable, Gracious, & Kind!!! However this is my 2nd time coming in for services (10/5&10/12). My SNS looks worse than b4😔 My Feet feels Amazing!!! 4 Sure Awesome Pedis & Manis!!!!

I decided to give them a try first by getting brow and lip wax.The brow wax service was not that great at all. I was planning to use their new customer coupon$10 off any service. It turns out the lady would not honor this coupon on my service.This is not good customer service when the coupon is listed for any service. I will not be returning to Rivers Nails.

I never get my nails done and my mom and I had a lovely experience at River Nails. Everyone was so sweet! Linda helped me and was so kind. We will be back!
