Rivaage Laser & Medi-Spa

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my wife, who has done 6 sessions here over the past few months. I picked her up today after her 6th and last session and she was visibly upset and told me that she feels violated. Her first 3 sessions went okay, but the last 3 were progressively more uncomfortable and unprofessional. These are a few of the things she experienced in her most recent appointments: - Today: Mid-Brazilian treatment, another employee walked into her room while she was spread-eagle and naked without knocking and started searching cabinets for something. While she was searching, SHE LEFT THE DOOR OPEN! Someone else could have walked by and seen her. - Last 3 sessions: The bed that you lay on was completely bare. I have been to Rivaage for Hydra facial a couple of times. The staff is very professional and really know their work well. I have recommend their services to my friends as well and I will continue to visit in future too.

What a wonderful place! I had my consult and first session and I’m already so pleased with the service. Selma is so warm and clear with her explanations. Kaylee was incredible with answering all of my questions and took the time to explain how laser hair removal works. Brooke who did my first laser hair removal session was so patient and made me feel right at home! The laser system they use did not hurt me at all and took less than 20 minutes. I’m so glad I found such a great place and I look forward to doing more services with them in the future!

I’ve been visiting Rivaage since a year now! They maintain good cleanliness and have new updated machines for laser.Their care for their customers is what makes them stand apart. Both Salma and her husband are very understanding and accommodating with the treatment session scheduling. I definitely recommend this place for laser hair removal treatments.
