As a Simpsonville resident i have visited this salon many times! For hair, nail, and facial services! I am always extremely pleased with all services, hair, nail, facial! Kelsey, Tammy, and Fiorella are all phenomenal! I would recommend this spa for any services! Kindness, professionalism, and pure talent radiates through the walls of Rituals Salon.

I’ve been coming to Rituals spa for a couple of months now and have always had an amazing experience. My mom and sister have gotten services done by her as well. We have gotten facials, mani&pedis, and brows done by Fiorella (owner) and have never been disappointed. Fiorella makes sure that we understand the process of what she’ll be doing during the facials and she has personally helped me clear up my skin after a severe breakout I had. On top of that she’s worked overtime for me and my family because of our busy schedules. The atmosphere that she creates is amazing and I’ve never been disappointed with her service.

My mom bought me a gift card for my birthday, but because she lives in another state, she asked the salon to please deliver it to my home, which they did, same day! That in itself was awesome customer service. When I arrived today for my appointment, I was greeted kindly by the owner Fiorella and her front desk staff, and was quickly taken back to the room. I had originally booked the appointment for a microdermabrasion, but after examining my skin, Fiorella recommended a corrective facial peel so I went ahead with the Sensi Peel. She explained the process to me in detail, what to expect, and checked in consistently about the sensation, and making sure it wasn't painful, which it wasn't. From the moment I walked into Rituals I really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Cindy, whom I had gone to see was great! She knew exactly what I needed, especially since I had no clue. She made some recommendations for my skin and I decided to follow her guidance. Having a place like this in downtown Simpsonville is very nice. I like not having to go to downtown Greenville to get such amazing service. Thank you for being here!
