When I was living in Arroyo Grande Heather was my go to for my brow wax and tint. She was always extremely professional, friendly, and made my brows look great! I also loved the special touches she’d do to make it a relaxing experience. Her studio is so peaceful on top of it all. some of the best appointments I’ve had for skincare/ brows were with ritual!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ritual Skin and Body Care! I followed my aesthetician, Fawn, here earlier this year after she moved from another salon, and I’m so glad I did. She is absolutely amazing! She’s caring, attentive, and always takes the time to truly listen to my skin concerns. I also started using the Osmosis products they incorporate into their facials and the difference has been incredible. After just a few months my skin is soooooo healthy and glowy that I didn’t even wear makeup on my wedding day! Treatments at Ritual are 10/10! I became a client of Heather’s in February 2024 after previously experiencing lackluster results from monthly facials at a different spa in SLO. Since switching to Ritual last year and transitioning to the products recommended by Heather, I have noticed very positive changes with my skin. Heather is absolutely amazing, I went in for a skin consult with her to address some concerns with acne and I honestly can’t believe how generous she was with her time going over on our time allotment by a whole hour! She is such a wealth of knowledge, and I learned so much. Her passion, intuition, and holistic wisdom seriously blew me away. I left feeling not only more informed, but truly seen, supported, and excited to start my skin journey. She has such a gift, and I’m so grateful I found her!

I just wanna start off by saying I’ve been getting facials for years and I’ve never experienced anything like I’ve experienced with Heather. She is the very best at what she does and what she has to offer. She is very thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to skin care.
