I’ve been coming to ritual since they opened and they are so professional and welcoming. They’re always accommodating of my last-minute request for an appointment and they always remember my preferences. I don’t even ask for a specific person because they’re all equally good. For me, being so sensitive to smells, I can attest to the fact that they really are low odor. They have a new kind of polish that is long lasting and it really is long fasting. It’s $10 extra, but it is not the gel nails, which has historically damaged my nails this goes on like normal polish and comes off like normal polish. I love it!

This is my favorite nail spa - ever! It’s hands down the best nail salon in the GOOF Garden Oaks / Oak Forest / Heights area. It is so clean, doesn’t smell like acrylics and paint and has calming, relaxing music. They take their time, the prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of services and colors. I am OBSESSED with Gel-X shellac. It lasts so long and I wash my hands a ton throughout the day. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve been a regular for 8 years and definitely am spoiled to the quiet, luxurious experience I have here. Love them I’ve been a client since 2019. I live in Spring Tx and will make the drive for them to do my nails. They brought my nails back to life and remember the shape that I want no matter who I get. I will not go anywhere else. The prices are fair.

Went in at 9:15, got out at at 9:35, hands and feet done. They definitely ment express lol. They were so nice! Im a gel girly so that also helps with the timing which is perfect for me, I like efficiency. Will be back

So FOUR days ago I Was in the area and decided to try a new place for pedicures because it seems very difficult to find a place in Houston that actually takes pride in doing your nails (not originally from here). I came across this place when I googled salons near me. Reviews seemed legit so I tried it out. I came in for a pedicure and they sat me immediately. They asked me which pedicure I wanted and I don’t remember the name I just know it had “ash” in it or something. So the guy Andy (I think that’s his name) starts removing the gel from my toes. In the MIDDLE of the pedicure he stops walks away and comes back with a paper breaking down my price for the pedicure which ended up being $110. I found this extremely uncomfortable because I, being the only woman of color in the salon, didn’t
