From start to finish, Alena was incredibly attentive to every single detail. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My gel manicure looks absolutely flawless, and my gel pedicure is just as gorgeous! She really listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life. The extensions look so natural and beautiful, and I'm obsessed with the length! Alena's precision and care really show in her work. I came to this place for a lash lift i spend an hour laying down and when she was done there was absolutely no lift. I don't understand why I was laying down for an hour if there was nothing done. I asked about what happened and through translation i was told that i had to specify if I wanted a curvy lift or a straight lift ... if my eyelash are already straight why would i waste my time getting a straight lift if they are already straight ITS A LASH LIFT ! so then she proceeded to fix it my upper back was already starting to ache which i was also asked if i had time so she can fix it ofc i want it fixed why would i leave and pay $85 for nothing done! I stayed an additional 30-45mins to which there was still no lift only my corner were somewhat lifted by that time my upper back was extreme

Worst blowout experience EVER. I went in on a quiet Friday, only one stylist (an older woman) was there. I asked for a simple, loose, natural curl and showed her reference photos. She seemed confident, but the result was very frizzy and overly dramatic, with no volume at the top. Then she charged me $55 for the blowout. I’ve been here before and had great experiences with other stylists—they were quick, handled my hair carefully, and charged around $30+. Unfortunately, this experience was a huge disappointment. I think a couple of their talented hair stylist has left. I would never go back and NOT RECOMMEND that old lady at all. Avoid her 100%!!!!!!

I recently visited your salon for a gel manicure. Unfortunately, the gel started peeling off within just a week. While the peeling itself wasn’t my main concern, the excessive filing done during the process severely damaged my nails, and it took almost a month for them to recover. I also requested an eyebrow service, which was performed by a male stylist. This was very uncomfortable for me, and afterwards, he commented, “You didn’t have eyebrows anyway.” If that were truly the case, then why offer the service at all? Additionally, I booked a blow-dry appointment and was unexpectedly charged extra afterward due to the length of my hair.
