Rising Sun Nails

My nail tech is Mary & since day 1 she have been friendly, professional and so easy to talk to like you knew her forever lol She can look at any nail inspiration you come in with and make it look EXACTLY like the picture or extremely close. The other nail techs are also very friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable as well ! Definitely recommend to anyone. This salon is not great. I was recommended by someone I know but I was not impressed. I made an appointment with the owner like 3 times only for her to send me to her most unskilled nail tech who doesn’t even greet you when you sit at her table. It seems like she will only take people that are her regular clients…they could have just said that over the phone and I would have gone somewhere else it’s very unsanitary they don’t look like they clean it at ALL and very unprofessional

I found this salon on TikTok and wanted to try it just for a pedicure. The salon don’t really seem clean, there was nail dust from the nail file around the bowl, the floors are filthy, and the toe separator the nail tech used on me she put back in the drawer instead of the trash after using them. Also the salon is unorganized. I called and told them I’ll be there in 15 minutes. And when I got there the nail tech wasn’t there and had my feet soaking for 10 minutes until she returned. And then both the receptionists left once the nail tech got there which made her the only person there and she kept stopping to take phone calls and handle walk in customers for 10 minutes until the receptionist returned. They seem young and creative but need to work on cleanliness and customer service.

Mary is my nail tech and also the owner of this establishment. I'll send her a picture or explain the general style I desire..... and we go from there. Mary is personable, professional, and extremely talented. She doesn't rush, and she takes her time. This is the only shop I go to these days.

I liked this salon all of the women are creative and they all do really good work but sadly i had a issue with the cleanliness of the salon it’s not clean at all..The floors are filthy dirty and it seems as though nothing is really wiped/cleaned off maybe the pedicure bowls sometimes..I would love to come back but you guys need to really focus on cleaning this salon real good.
