They need to invest in re-arranging the store, the vibes are off in there. But they have a great selection of products. I wish their wigs were more affordable. And I wish there shelves were higher to eye level. I have to bend down to get stuff, my back hurts.

I purchased the wrong durag. I returned to the store the next day with my unopened durag and with the receipt looking to exchange. The man behind the counter told me there was no exchanges. Lesson learned I will not purchase from them again.

I went to this store because they have a larger selection of Wigs. However large section of wigs with moons there was rare but know I see. Wigs are ver over price for the quality I paid $299 for my wig which was a on sale price and the knots did not even bleach and the amount of shredding for “every time “ I comb it is below. Just order another wig from Amazon and I can’t wait til it comes in tomorrow. Never TF again wigs quality here is not horrible !!!!! Go online !!!! Why did I just install this wig and it’s feels like I had in for a few weeks hair split constantly shedding. I have never had a wig the shed so much. Very disappointed!!!! I didn’t even wet this hair smh

They have a wide selection of products. I have been a customer for well over five years. Until they made sure to follow me around the store on several visits after the pandemic. Everyone doesn't steal. With that being said I took myself and my money elsewhere. Moral of the story, don't spend with people who don't respect or value you as a customer.

My #1 go to hair store.. Wide variety of merchandise to choose from. They have the most wigs I've seen in any other hair store in Philly.. Rather it be human or synthetic, lace front ,full or half,pink or grey.. They have something for whatever your preference may be.. When it comes to beauty, skin or hair products they pretty much have you covered on everything (men and women). They have lots of beautiful accessories as well. This is pretty much a one-stop-shop and I will continue two have them as my number one hair store in Philly. Staff are very nice,helpfull & talented (if u need help with installs or whatever).. Even the security @ the front door greets ppl who enter. . I love this Beauty Supply store.. FYI : I always get so excited when I enter the store & forget to take pics ...
