I wanna give a shout out to Lilly @ Rios for the outstanding cut she did on my hubby! He's a super picky person and has the not so kind not to mention stubborn hair that not everyone can cut but she was awesome, patient and super professional. Thanks Lily for making my life easier😁, he loved it so it's needless to say he will be going to you from now on!! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would, you so deserve them! Thanks again for your friendly and awesome service and professionalism! Everyone ask for Lilly! You won't be disappointed....

I called to verify if they offered shampoo and conditioning service only. Rebecca said yes. I also asked if my hair can be braided and I was told yes. I got there and checked in with a drainage on my left side due to a mastectomy I had last week at. MD A in Houston. The stylist that clocked in at 10am provided service to me. I told her my last wash was before my surgery last week Thursday and I needed a good deep cleaning.. I told her due to my surgery, I am not allowed to lift my arm over my shoulder and reason I needed a deep wash. She did not put a cape or towel under my neck while she washed my hair. After two washes, I had dirt in my hair/scalp. She had not scrub my scalp. I scratched my hair 3x times and showed her the dirt under my nails to prove to her my scalp was not cleaned. Ba

I went to rios and Lilly is awesome my grandson goes every 2 weeks or so to her she has great customer service every time
