I’ve worked with Mary regularly for about 4 months for sns, acrylics, and eyebrow waxing. I always leave satisfied. She is a wizard with eyebrow shaping. After reading reviews, it was clear many other women feel the same. She takes her time, is very collaborative, detail oriented, and the sweetest person. The salon is clean, the staff and techs are welcoming, and very friendly. I’ve only had positive experiences here.

I have been coming here for over 20yrs when this place was nail stop and service & workmanship was amazing. Mary, Mandi, Michael, and Gina took pride in their service & skills which led to me referring so much business here. Since this place is now Rio nails, this place has gone drastically down in quality. Do not be fooled by the new improved interior. Nail techs seem inexperienced and are just practicing on people, except for Jennifer. I have tried to give this place and techs multiple attempts but it just kept getting worst. I kept stopping by for over a week to get an appt with Jennifer since she seems to be the only experienced one there, and finally I received an appt the following week with her. I arrive & was told Jennifer was out and I would be placed with someone else.. Multipl

I absolutely love each experience I have at this place. Every visit is great and Jenifer plays a significant role in making it so enjoyable. She is always polite and professional, going above and beyond to ensure that every need is met. I look forward to coming here every time, knowing I’ll receive such outstanding service.

Tried this place couple months ago when I moved in the area. Jay and Mary were great. Recently, there's been changes, and the shop is now called Rio Nail Center with new employees, and the quality has gone down. Still nice but language barrier made it difficult my latest visit. I came in because my last SNS set broke off on one nail so this time I asked for an extra coat because it seems the layering is easily breakable. Didn't help. After 2 days I have a cracked nail and they don't do refunds or cover the cost to fix the ONE nail I'm requesting to be fixed according to the phone call I had. Didn't plan on returning after this last nail experience anyways because it took 2 hours for SNS removal and new set on my natural nail. There was a moment where language barrier made it difficult t

I was going to this location for 20 yrs with the previous 2 owners. Since the new ownership of Rio Nails. I have gone back here several times with hope they would continue with the same quality. NOPE. Nails only last 3 -5 days on avg. Pricing has increased for poor quality. Polishing is terrible. I have tried 4 or 5 times and it has been awful. Pedicures are great with Jennifer but otherwise don't waste your time. So sad this use to be a good location.
