Best nail salon I have been to in the last 20 years! I’ve seen Tyra and Mya and both have done a tremendous job! My first trip in, I was in need of a fill (they were also in bad shape from a prior salon). I assumed I’d have to soak off and start over, but no. Tyra did the best fill I’ve ever seen and I’ve never looked back. I brought a little with me and they treated her like a princess as well as my daughter and DIL. I drive 45-50 minutes to Rio and it’s well worth the drive! I get compliments on my nails all the time!

So glad to have finally found a nail home @ Rios!!! I’ve came here with a big group and by myself a couple of times and the quality of service doesn’t change. From friendly convos to complimentary beverages, they try to see to your needs as soon as you walk in. The last time I was here I had Miss Tyra who is SO fabulous and super knowledgeable on nail care and designs! My nails and toes are amazing and she did a wonderful job taking care of me from start to finish. See you soon again “Dr. Nails” 😉💕

Came in for a basic shellac pedicure with my friend. The lady, Tina, helping me was constantly getting up and leaving the station. Then, when coming back, she was rushing the pedicure to catch up with the lady doing my friends, who was focused and working the whole time. The woman doing my pedicure was also constantly on her phone scrolling while doing the pedicure. The edges are very sloppy. Not worth the $65. I wish I wouldn’t have tipped her at all! I do not recommend Rio Nails pedicures. This photo was right after the pedicure, see the sloppy edges. She also never once filed my nails even, just cut them. Update - exactly 1 week post pedicure, gel has chipped off one big toe in a huge chunk. They reached out saying I could come back, however they didn’t do it right the first time so wh

I finally took the plunge to get a full acrylic set and are you kidding me?! It took them three hours to do this and she had to fix them like three times because the nails were crooked. They were too thick. The paint was uneven. She kept getting white paint on her hands and messing up my nails. I went back a couple days later and all they did was try to file it down get me in and out. I ended up going somewhere else and they were laughing at these nails and I had to pay double to correct them I will never come back here. I tried to get my money back and they dispute it. $145 plus a $20 tip down the drain. They were not very friendly when I came back to get them corrected. Fantastic place to go! Great work and I love my nails every time. Great customer service and the staff are amazing.
