I’ve been to Rio Jewel Spa twice now and had two great experiences! The waiting area is beautiful and the whole spa gives off very serene vibes. Plus, overall, I appreciate how clean the place is! I’ve had the introductory 60 min Swedish massage as well as the 45 min Upper Body Rescue, and both times, I left feeling like a new person! Tiffani is really talented and she does a great job checking in with me about the pressure and tailoring the massage to my feedback. I love that I can easily book online on their website. Rio Jewel Spa is a great addition to Newark. I’ll definitely be back!

10's across the board!! Giving the entire Rio Jewel Spa team their flowers right now :). Just left after my first and definitely not the last visit for the Sauna experience. Please do your mind, body, and soul the best gift you can give through self care art Rio Jewel Spa. Private rooms including a shower as well. Went in one way came out rejuvenated and could barely form sentences lol. Atmosphere, vibes, positive attitudes, and exceptional level of customer service will make your experience first rate. Already looking forward to the next visit while I melt into a wonderful day!

If you are looking for a black owned CLEAN & PROFESSIONAL spa here in Delaware!!! Look no further. Everything was great. The receptionist is warm & welcoming. Lilli did a great job and made sure to ask about pressure preference beforehand and again when I had to turn over. I will definitely be back.

There are so many amazing things I can say about this place. First things first, classy! This place looks high end, top tier design and the guest service matches the look. I was greeted with smiles and immediately seen. They acknowledged immediately that someone walked through their door. I was a last minute appointment and they were so willing to accommodate all of my needs in such a quick and timely manner. Secondly, the staff was incredible. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with my first child who is a girl and the staff was so thoughtful they made sure there were pink satin pillows and blankets and cute little bears.
