I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Ana, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel comfortable right away. My aesthetician, Andressa, was incredible. She is very skilled, gentle, and efficient. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything and made the process as smooth and painless as possible. I went in for a simple eyebrow cleanup and left with half of my eyebrow gone and completely uneven brows. The esthetician applied wax to my entire eyebrow and ripped it off in one strip instead of working section by section. It was extremely painful—even though I have a high pain tolerance—and immediately felt wrong. After the service, she did not hand me a mirror to properly look at my brows. She briefly moved it around my face and then quickly left the room. When I got to the lobby and checked the mirror myself, I saw that my eyebrows were uneven, half missing, and I was bleeding. I asked to speak with the manager over the phone (which I never do), and instead of addressing the issue, she told me that my experience “never happened.” Being dismissed like that was shocking and unacceptab
