Cleo is amazing! She’s always thorough, professional, and so easy to talk to. I’ve followed her for five years from one location to another because she’s that good. I never have any issues and wouldn’t trust anyone else. Cleo is great at what she does, and I wouldn’t want anyone else waxing me. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellence, consistency, and top-tier service. Hands down the best waxtician!

So I got a Brazilian wax done at this place for the first time and I absolutely loved it. The other reviews are not lying when they said it’s clean and feels trendy. I love that powder is used at the beginning aswell as sugaring to get all the hairs. These ladies know what they are doing and will get you right!! (Side note but their tables that you lay on are especially comfortable as well, like when i laid down i was suprised that their was a soft pillow beneath my head)

So I have been trying to find a wax spot for quite some time. I’ve been to a few but couldn’t find the first person that did my wax the very first time that was good as her. Rio wax is literally 6-8 minutes from my house and I finally decided to give it a try. My first experience was very professional and welcoming. I’ve gone a second time recently and the experience was the same. This is my new spot and to think it was at my back door this entire time. Thank you Vanessa and Rio wax you have a new regular coming through.

This was my first time at this location, and let me tell you it’s a beautiful location! Super clean and roomy, the front desk staff was friendly and I called in to book my appointment she was real helpful. My wax professional was real nice and knowledgeable she was real thorough and clean, making sure there was no wax residue left on me. Overall Rio Body wax is a great company because any Rio location I’ve gone to literally I can count on great service.
