The best hair salon I ever been to I’ve known Carlos and Stephanie for over two years now. I first came to them after a very bad experience at another salon that left my hair extremely damaged and dry, with what felt like irreversible harm. Since then, I’ve been coming to them every two months for haircuts, and once a week I treat myself to a wash and blow-dry. I went through a true hair restoration journey with Stephanie, and I can honestly say she has been amazing throughout the entire process. She always checks in on me, sends messages to ask how my hair is doing, and genuinely cares. The products they use in the salon have done wonders for my hair, and whenever there’s something I don’t like, they immediately listen, adjust, and look for ways to improve my hair’s condition. I’m always amazed by the work they do. Every single time I leave, I’m extremely happy with the results. The whole team is so friendly, and I always feel relaxed while I’m there… lots of laughter, great energy, and such a welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly, I consistently walk out loving my hair. Truly one of those places where you feel taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!!

Carlos is very unprofessional and poorly educated, violent and aggressive. He burned my hair completely and seeing that I was crying because my hair was in my hands, he threw himself on top of me screaming saying that I have psychiatric problems when the problem was my hair in my hands and I was crying... the abuse is a lot. Not only do they verbally abuse you and burn your hair, but they also cheat you out of money. Carlos is not good at serving clients, he yells at you in the middle of the salon that you have psychiatric problems (I think he reflects his emotions and frustrations on women) and prefers to treat you like crazy for not apologizing for burning his hair and acknowledging his failure. I had such an amazing experience at this salon! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were so professional and talented. My hair turned out absolutely stunning exactly the color, style, and look I wanted! I’ve received so many compliments already. Thank you for the excellent service and attention to detail.
