Rina's Beauty Centre

I am writing this review regarding our recent experience at Rina’s Beauty Centre, and I do so with genuine disappointment. When my wife and our 5-year-old daughter walked into the salon, they were immediately met with what my wife described as a very strange and unwelcoming energy from the owner. Instead of feeling greeted or valued as customers, they felt uncomfortable from the moment they arrived. What was most upsetting, however, was the way the owner spoke to and treated our young daughter. The interaction was unnecessarily disrespectful toward a 5-year-old child. There was no patience, warmth, or professionalism shown — qualities you would expect in a customer-facing business, especially one that serves families. Rina is awesome!!!! I hadn't had a haircut in years and I went to her and let me tell you, she is one who can be trusted to do a fabulous job. She is also super friendly and loves what she does.
