Had an absolutely fantastic eyelash lift experience at Rimas! No frills, quick, yet kind and attentive service. Asked me if I was okay with the temperature and even asked for my chair preference for privacy since the shop is located in Hmart. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back again soon!

I used to like this place but they're not consistent on quality service and hygiene practice. The last couple times, including today, I got a different person threading and just couldn't seem to get the right shape. They didnt clean up after threading so you're walking around with hair bits on your face, no trimming to shape, and they didnt sanitize hands or seat between customers anymore.

I’ve had lash lifts done several times before, but this was unfortunately not the best experience. My under lashes were damaged (my under lashes were basically burnt), and my upper lashes didn’t turn out as straight as expected. The salon is located inside Hmart, which may not offer as much privacy as some might prefer during services. If you have thinner lashes, I would recommend being cautious, as the products and tools seemed unorganized and not clean, which raises concerns about hygiene. While the staff was kind, the cleanliness of the salon could be improved.

Loved the service I got from rima salon for my eyebrows. Firstly I was afraid of getting eyebrows because of the pain I always felt while threading but this time I feel no pain and I got a perfect arc and shape for my eyebrows. Thank you so much to Rimas Salon ❤️❤️

Salon is out in the open but there is a back room for more privacy as well. They truly care about each customer and always makes sure I have the best experience. My lash lifts have lasted 6 weeks and turn out great!
