Riley’s Barbershop

An older lady got my husband in right away as a walk- in. She was nice, & spoke when talked to. Price was great. ($15) She used a straight blade and was a little shaky. Hair cut was good except there was an area (a patch) above his ear that was like buzz cut short- the rest of hair was similar to a cut with a 1 guard. Maybe she was having an off day... It was the 1st time going there.

It's been a month or two since I brought both of my sons to get their hair cut here. She managed to make both boys happy with two totally different hair cuts back-to-back. Excellent job. We'll be back again very soon.

My niece and her 8 year old son have been in Mayfield visiting us for a few weeks. Her son needed a haircut badly, so I looked online to find a barber shop that was open and accepted walk-ins on Saturday's. I called about 11:30 yesterday (11/21/20) and when the lady answered the phone she said she worked there, but hadn't been at work yesterday, and asked me what I needed. I explained the situation and she told me that if we could bring him up to the shop that she would meet us there and cut his hair. My niece got dressed and they went up and met her and she cut his hair! Not only did she take time to go to the shop on her day off and open it up for him to get his hair cut, she did an awesome job, and at at very reasonable price. It just goes to show that people are still willing to help o

Miss Kay An April are one of the most friendly ladies around, you can go in there shop an they will treat you like family. I would recommend anyone to get there hair cut there. Ladies just keep up the great work God bless you both.

April took her time, cut his hair as he was moving around and just worked with him until he got the haircut he wanted that I swore he just wasn't going to be able to pull off because of the texture. She saved my life, I've bought SO many products for his hair and could NOT get it to curl right and she had it and gave me some!!! Amazing!!!!
