The vibe and service was everything! My 5 year old has her first dance and she felt so comfortable here . Oh and there’s a lady that sells Mary K as well. I love it here, thank yall so much

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They truly know how to work with all hair types, and the results exceeded my expectations. Booked a 1 PM appointment through Booksy, paid my deposit in advance, and waited over four hours with no update or acknowledgment. The music inside was loud, so I waited on the stoop and let them know I was out front. Still—no updates. No “it’ll be a while,” no “you may want to come back.” No one cared until I walked back in two hours later after waiting outside the door and asked how much longer the wait would be. Only then did they finally wash my hair and explain that “weekdays are better.” Two hours later. They don’t check the Booksy app. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t manage the space. Very unprofessional! Made an appointment for 9 AM, arrived at 8:45 and waited outdoors in February. Called the salon, called the business owner on Instagram, NOTHING. Not a response or nothing for about an hour as the owner updated her social media, finally decided to leave at 9:45 and was called at 11 and was asked will I be coming back for the appointment that the receptionist booked for 9 AM although that day the shop was opening late. UH ABSOLUTELY NOT! Unorganized and will charge you for hair type and length

I had such a great experience with Ms.Esther. I got my hair washed, straightened, and she cut it into a bob. When I got there she was very kind and attentive, and even offered me coffee. She made sure to fulfill the style that I came in for, while also giving me suggestions on how I could get the style that I now love. When she was done, my hair looked so healthy and beautiful. I will definitely be back!
