I moved into Dimondale from bath Michigan so going across town to the haircut school in east Lansing wasn’t going to be my first choice especially after seeing the rating for the Barber shop I was pretty ecstatic because of the price too and that they specialized in fades, buzz cuts yadayadayada. I got there and it was nice to see it was a little small town barber shop so I didn’t think anything of it. Now to the haircut. I requested a bald fade as I’ve gotten multiple times and it was just horrible. Haircut felt rushed and my head looked terrible and got told it’ll look good wearing a hat. What a joke! My haircut wasn’t even 10 minutes. After i paid for a crappy hair cut I’m walking out and headed to the east Lansing barber school. I literally still had bangs after requesting A BALD FADE

Great prices, quick and clean cuts. I take my kids here; I've never asked for anything complicated but for classic cuts Rick is the best. I also once hacked my own hair off once and he straightened it up afterwards with minimal damage.

Very friendly, small town atmosphere. You know most everyone. Rick remembers how you like your hair and gets the job done with a smile and fun chit-chat with everyone there. Great prices and has senior discounts. Recommend him.

Super small town barbershop with a couple chairs and one barber, when I went there. He did an outstanding job within a matter of minutes and the price was unbeatable. Definitely coming back to Rick's when I'm in the Lansing area.
