always good customer service and good prices…been my number one beauty supply store for years now and I don’t think I will ever change that. Thank you to Richway and their staff for always making my shopping experience awesome 👏🏽

Bad attitude abound. The person working up front (black lady with bad blond wig/weave), has a really bad attitude. Asked a very simple question with how much something cost and all she could say “it varies”. Ummm, the price is right in front of you, and it was only two different items. I sure did leave everything I was about to purchase up front and left the store. No need to give them any of my money when there are a ton of better options out there.

I really enjoy their selection! It's designed like a hair grocery store, wide selection with peak organization. Very clean and well maintained interior. Fair prices!! I do have one frustration though. As a new customer, I shouldn't feel like I'm being watched as a thief. I recognize the area and need for surveillance, but there are already camera posted throughout the store and didn't feel it necessary the person's attitude towards me. The rest of staff casually checked in if we crossed paths, and I had no issue with them. Hopefully it was just an off day!

I’ve been coming to Richway since 2017, but today will be the first and last time that they ever receive business from me again. Called earlier to get a quote for how much a product cost and they wouldn’t give me the price over the phone. Stated that per their store policy they don’t give prices over the phone, which is silly because their competitors had no issue with doing so. But because Richway has always been my one stop shop, I drove all the way here to ask the question in person. Though they close at 8, they decided to lock and close the door well before then. So respectfully, after being watched from the door, I returned to my car, called and asked if I could just be told the price over the phone since they wanted to close the doors before the actual closing time, they refused.
