Cozy & luxurious spa with a welcoming vibe. I had an appointment on a quiet week day. The front desk was very accommodating when booking me a second service during my visit, which made the experience feel personalized & relaxed. My massage with Regina was incredibly holistic, she is a very attentive therapist. The spa itself featured a private lounge to relax in between services & was very easy to navigate. It's small but gives that expensive feel. Loved it!

My massage with Nancy was very good. She was attentive, focused on the key areas I requested, and delivered a quality treatment. I appreciate her professionalism and skill. However, I was disappointed in the overall spa experience. The women’s locker room felt extremely cramped, with only one small bench and limited space, resulting in duffel bags being placed on the floor. The shower area did not provide adequate privacy for undressing, and the water temperature never became sufficiently warm. Additionally, the robes provided were not size-inclusive and did not feel appropriate for the setting. I was also uncomfortable with guests wearing only robes walking through an open area near the front desk and elevators. The co-ed waiting area further added to my discomfort. Given the expected

I really enjoyed the 80 minute massage and spa amenities. The masseuse was wonderful and listened to my requests for pressure / style. Richel D'Ambra was utmost kind to work with me to organize spa treatments for my group of TEN women! She made sure we were well taken care of.

Nancy was great! She asked me what areas I wanted to focus on and not only did she do a great job on those areas but she also did an amazing job loosening my whole spine which really helped my problem areas. She was very professional and friendly, I would definitely recommend her for anyone who needs any deep tissue work. I recommend getting there early to use the sauna to help loosen your muscles up before your massage. One thing to note is the temperature in the building, locker room, and sitting area was a little colder than one would like when wearing a robe and slippers. The temperature is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, if I could give 4 1/2 stars I would.

I went to the spa at the Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia yesterday. I’ve been there plenty of times before for massages, but this was my first time ever getting a facial there and not just any facial, a full Hydrafacial experience. From the moment I walked into the treatment room, everything felt calming and luxurious. Once Rafaela started the facial, I instantly knew I was in good hands. She explained every step of the process, what each product and machine was doing, and how it would benefit my skin. The treatment itself felt so soothing and refreshing.
