My experience with Jessica was great! Short haircuts are not easy to get right, and she nailed it! I had been cutting my own hair for more than two years, and decided to risk it and have a professional job done;) I was worried that I would have given her a real challenge, but thankfully, I hadn’t screwed things up terribly! She listened to me, and gave me just what I wanted! It’s definitely a relief to know that Jessica listens to her clients! I will definitely be back and thank you, Jessica and Richard Nicholas Salon!

Katie is wonderful — she looks carefully at the photo I bring for inspiration, understands exactly what I want, and makes it happen every time. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and consistently delivers great results. The salon is open 7 days per week. The front desk team is excellent as well (thank you, Aries) — very helpful and responsive when scheduling appointments. The salon is friendly, organized and I always feel well taken care of.

My now sister-in-law recommended this place for her and my brother’s wedding last month. I took my mom and my two other sister-in-laws there two days in a roll. My hairdo first came out not what I expected but she quickly fixed it and it came out even better than what I can imagine. I got so many compliments that day. Katie is AMAZING! I was traveling through and needed my highlights done for a wedding… was a little nervous to use a random Salon near the hotel I was staying at but holy smokes did Katie nail it or what?!! I am actually so sad I didn’t find her where I live because she is amazing with color!! I’ve been to my share of stylists in my life and she is by far be absolute best!!

Katie is truly the best! She did an incredible job on my highlights today — I’m absolutely obsessed with how my hair turned out. She’s been so thoughtful in helping me plan all the right appointments to achieve my goal wedding hair color, and I trust her completely to get me there.
