Richard is very precise in studying your hair, listening to your requests and coming up with your formula for color. The hair designers that work with and for him have the same talents. He is a great instructor with a lot of patience . Men and women come from all over for his expertise in color. The shop is very relaxed and low key. The customers walk out feeling beautiful and happy! And they offer nails, waxing, tinting, makeup and more! I love it here!

The staff is great, and the owner Richard has a vast knowledge when it comes to color. There are options for clients looking for natural shades, fashion colors, or a more clean ammonia free service. The nail technician, Kimberly, is the best I have found! Specializing in gels, acrylics, chrome, dip polish, pedicures... she does it all!! I have personally followed Kim to several salons over the past decade. I would suggest her over anyone else.

My hair was completely butchered at a high end salon in East Liberty. I spent $180 for a bob and ended up with a pixie cut that looked like Kate from "John and Kate Plus 8".The next day, in tears, I sought out to find someone who could fix my hair. Richard Cardone was near by and had an opening for a walk in. Ricki took the time to find out what I was looking for and honestly I just let her do whatever she thought would work. Needless to say, I was nervous about getting my hair cut again. It turned out great! Ricki did an awesome job and was very patient and helpful. She gave me a moment after the cut to tell her if there was anything she could fix or change for me. There wasn't one thing. She charged me only half the regular rate. I feel confident and pretty again. I know I will be return

When it comes to your hair stick with a professional!! Richard Cardone is the best !! I waited two years for my hair to grow and scheduled an appointment at a random salon because I liked their Instagram pics. Bad Idea a week later I called Richard ,I was in tears !! !!My hair was supposed to be blonde high lights with some low lights it was black and orange with a green tint !!! Richard brought me in for a consultation studied my hair and came up with a plan . Ashley gave me a beautiful conditioning treatment and got all the nastiness out of my hair !!
