I had a chance to visit Arlington and decided to find a hair salon for my mom. We randomly walked into this shop, and I have to say I was very pleased with their service. The hairstylist was very professional — she took her time to talk with my mom, paid close attention to details, and was happy to make adjustments when my mom asked. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service!

I’ve never been to a hair salon that doesn’t dry your hair afterwards. I got my layers cut here and walked out with my hair still wet😭😭

I’ve been to this place before and usually they do a good job but today I guess these people weren’t having a good day. They messed my hair up bad. The sides are uneven the length is uneven. I asked them to fix it and told them what I wanted but they got an attitude and started jamming their haircut machines into my head. I told them to stop, and told them I didn’t appreciate the way they were cutting my hair. I offered to pay for half the amount since they tried but then they threatened me with not letting me leave. I got on the phone with the cops and their attitudes immediately changed. I will never go back to this place ever again. I think Mary the Hispanic lady is nice but the other two Asian ladies are rude and don’t even speak English. So unprofessional, and very disrespectful. Such
