Rhue's Too Beauty Salon is not the average hair salon. The atmosphere is set and charged. So if you are having a bad day, you will get some good laughs, you may even get some word but most of all that head right. Charlette is a beautiful woman. Inside and outside. You will love her. Her cousin is working with her too and she is just as loveable.
