I never leave reviews, but this experience was so awful I have to warn others. I stopped in while my husband was finished getting his haircut next door to ask about blonde highlights. The salon wasn’t busy, yet I waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When the receptionist finally came out, she acted like I was interrupting her day completely rude and dismissive. She told me I’d need to book a “consultation” before even scheduling highlights, which I’ve never heard of anywhere. When I asked about availability, she sighed and said the soonest was three weeks out and that I couldn’t get my hair done afterward. I would have to come back weeks after. Not super happy with my short hair cut. I left knowing I wasn't happy and just decided to live with it since it was fairly obvious she didn't know how to cut short hair. She had to ask another coworker how to begin the cut and how to fix some issues at the end of the cut. It took 2 hours! If you can't do the job don't take it!

I have been a loyal customer several years and I love the results. When I moved to Wooster in 2008 - being new to the area, I endured first 3 yrs in Ohio with bad haircuts and highlighting services. A friend told me about Annette at Spa Collections...I booked an appointment and Voila! At last! Quality haircuts and highlights consistently great results over the years. As a regular, everyone knows my name and I am happy to see my friends !

BEWARE! After spending over 200 dollars with the tip I was appalled. I was originally quoted $140 at my consultation for all over bleach, tone, dye, and cut for a man. I received bleach, tone, and cut with *no* hair color/dye and it ended up being 190 something. I went in excited to get my hair fixed and left feeling worse than before. I had to go back and get into a heated argument with the salon owner just to get a slap in the face 50 percent refund because she says “they used lots of products.” The owner also kept trying to gaslight me and tell me my hair looked like the reference picture I had showed the hairstylist when it didn’t look anything like what I wanted. Like I understand you own a small business and you have bills to pay but it’s sad that she couldn’t even own up to the fact
