I went to the salon for about four months and I never felt great about my hair, i'm not sure whether it was every time I went to pay ... Chao the hairdresser would always come running out and add extras like bang, trim, eyebrow coloring, conditioner, things that most salons wouldn't charge extra for especially for a good customer, I was even surprised the owner was standing there the last time I was there and paying, and saw my displeasure and did not say a word . I even called the salon as well to express my displeasure and left a message with the woman that answered the phone and asked her to please tell the owner and that he could contact me and I never heard anything back. I like to switch off my haircuts between Rae and Michael. They are both great and cut and style hair in their own way which adds some additional variety to my look. The rest of the staff at RG are friendly and professional - this small studio has some charm.

I was totally robbed. I had only hair color with some highlights. I was referred by a friend who told me they were very reasonable. Well, I was charged 250 dollars for color and highlights. No cut. When I asked the owner who was very unfriendly and glib she said smiling “well, prices have gone up”. They charge 50 dollars to dry your hair. Another charge was “glazing” which I don’t even know what that is and didn’t ask for as 35.00. So they brought it down to 215 dollars. With tip a hair color cost me 255 dollars. My friend said afterwards that she must get a really good discount because she only pays around 115 for color and cut with blow dry. I think it’s very unfair and I hate being cheated like this. I will never return. I’m unemployed and this really hurt.

I have recently relocated back to Pittsburgh and needed a haircut. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Orlando. He is always professional, very kind, and ensures communication is clear about what style you are seeking before he begins the work. Thank you Orlando!!

Always happy when I leave RG & Co! The owner, Ron, is amazing, but no matter who you see, all the stylists are wonderful! Always recommend if you need a trustworthy stylist!
