Reyna's nails

Went in today for a much needed pedi. My poor feet needed some love after traveling all week. Monica helped me out. I let her pick the color. I paid $35 for a basic nail pedi. Office was clean and kept. Its a lil hidden and hard to see from the street.

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The staff were extremely rude from the moment I walked in. Instead of being welcoming, they acted annoyed by simple questions and spoke in a disrespectful tone throughout my appointment. I felt rushed, ignored, and uncomfortable the entire time. Customer service matters just as much as the service itself, and this place seriously lacks it. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects basic politeness.

First time here, I got a pedicure and manicure. I love my nails, from beginning to end Shayleh was very friendly, and making sure I was comfortable and loved my nails through the whole process. Planning on returning ❤️

this is hands down the most wonderful nail salon i’ve ever been to! shayleh is truly a master at her craft and my nails came out beautiful!

Reyna’s Nails is an amazing establishment, it is very welcoming, clean and convenient. The location is right in the middle of town, the place is beautifully decorated. Reyna the owner is such an amazing person she is always making conversation with clients and is very approachable with any concerns or suggestions. I personally do all my nail work with Estephanie, she is a very talented young lady. She has never disappoints with any of my sets. She has such a great heart, is very friendly and very very welcoming. Reyna’s Nails is the place to go, I look forward to all the new things Reyna is adding to the shop and can’t wait to see how great this establishment flourishes.
