I went in to get a trim with Marisela, because I really did like how she cut my hair back in August. I told her I please wanted a trim, she showed me how much she would cut... it was literally an inch of hair. I trusted her with my hair, my hair WAS very thick and long prior to the service. She processed to hand me the mirror when we were almost done, l literally wanted to cry and just walk out. She definitely cut more than one inch of my hair in length gave me SO MANY SHORT LAYERS. But the most upsetting and disappointing part was how she tried to gaslight me, showing me the hair she cut off on the floor claiming it was an inch. It most definitely was not. Girls please do not come here!!! If you want an honest hairstylist, and that will LISTEN to what the CLIENT WANTS.. please do not go w

I always go to my hair styles but unfortunately she was not available this week and I needed to style my hair for this weekend, how sand and disappointment going to this “beauty Salon” I ask for a butterfly cut and with long layers. What I got is all my hair uneven, shorter what I requested and 2 hours wasted. The First Lady that cut my hair was really nice but Second Lady was rude and disrespectful. She was the one just chopped my hair and left.Maria try to fix it but it was all missed up. Sadly I payed $25 for a bad service and with uneven style. Thank you for the experience one less Customer and I will never ever recommend it. Blessed that lady for messing my hair.

This is the worst hair salon I have ever been to. The lady who did my hair is an older lady who wears glasses, I do not know her name as it was my first and definitely last time going to this place. To my understanding she has been working there for many years, I honestly don’t understand how or why she is still working there because she does a horrible job and doesn’t even seem to enjoy working there or seem to like her job. She treats customers very rudely and has a nasty attitude and doesn’t listen to what you want and does whatever she wants with your hair which results in a very choppy and messy job. If I could I would rate this place 0 stars.

I went in for a hair cut and was helped by Martha she was so nice and welcoming she asked for want kind of hair cut I wanted she showed me pictures and gave suggestions and she then helped me choose my hair cut and afterwards she waxed my eyebrows she did such a great job with both things I will be going back to get my hair dyed by her as well she does great work ....if you go in I recommend you ask for her because there are some stylists in there that are not so friendly I only spoke to one other stylist while I was there and she was so rude I didnt catch her name but she had long hair and she wore glasses she is so unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome she doesn't have good customer service
