Benchina refused to schedule a massage that was paid for on Groupon. She said she would extend the date and allow me to gift it Instead of giving me the service and then when my friend tried to schedule she didn’t have any appointments for six months and said it expired. I have been asking her for months before to allow me to schedule and she would not honor the Groupon. She is irresponsible and dishonest. She accepted money and would not provide the service. She canceled late on me twice and was very difficult to schedule and had months delays and now she will not provide service for a paid massage.

This place has the WORST customer service and it is a SCAM! Setting a date for a massage was difficult to begin with because they never have availability. I finally got a date and waited very long and just because I didn't respond confirm by 630 they automatically canceled my appointment with no remorse and booked my slot in less than 24 hours meaning they probably gave my spot away before and double booked and had to save themselves. My Groupon I bought expires on a couple days and now I won't be able to even Use it. For a place that's supposed to relieve stress they just added more . Waste of time, go somewhere else.

BUYERS BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM. I bought a Groupon for this place, tried to book an appointment and immediately received an error message that there are no slots available. They don't let you choose another day. If you go to their menu and select a massage you will not be able to book it, the page doesn't go anywhere. You will NOT be able to book a massage. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and can get my money back. Shameful that people are so dishonest.

I went to bought on Groupon, booked appointment. I called when I could not find the room and no answered. I called two more times. 15 min later I called again, finally someome answered. I told her I have been trying to call, she claims this is the first call from me. I get to the room, the woman seems to have a stand off attitude. I asked for a full hour she said I can't because she had other appointments. She rebooted me a while month out. I never got the appointment on my phone or email. So pretty much 50 bucks wasted. She did not have any customer service empathy at all.

NO STARS. I tried for a week to book an appointment using my Groupon. They never confirmed anything. Impossible to communicate. They never answer the phone and sporadically answer texts. They lost my business. Booked with someone else in 10 minutes.
