Revival Wellness Spa

I’ve been getting facials here for over two years and consistently look forward for the amazing space and service Valentina provides. I always leave feeling so fresh and revitalized and of course my skin looks fantastic. It has become an essential staple of my skincare routine, and Valentina has taught me so much about my skin and how to take care of it or why I fall to certain patterns or outbreaks. I would, and often do, recommend Valentina and Revival Spa for anyone who is new to facials or has been doing it for years!

I went to a sound healing here and a breath work/movement class and both were wonderful memorable experiences. I also met great people that are magical at what they do and who they are, some which became good friends.

Extremely frustrated with this business. I purchased a Groupon and was instructed to email Valentina to make an appointment. I've been emailing Valentina since August 9th, and she has barely responded. At one point she took 16 days to respond, and that was only after I complained to Groupon. I've now been awaiting a response since August 28th, the proposed appointment day has since went and I've never gotten a response. Update: not even an hour after posting this, Valentina sent me an email telling me to contact Groupon for a refund. Additionally, the apology that the business owner is referring to in their response to this review was me saying sorry for the back and forth. I don’t think that warrants waiting 2+ weeks for an email response. Absolutely unreal unprofessionalism.

This my absolute favorite spa of all time. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure a top tier, customized experience. The environment is a relaxing sanctuary and feels like stepping away from the busy city into a serene oasis of calm. I love their infra red sauna and yoga classes. I recently had a facial done here- my skin has never felt better. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Valentina was very good with the facial service. She is very knowledgeable and explains every detail along the way. She’s also very considerate about any allergies or ingredients that might be sensitive to your skin.
