I had been coming here for about 4 months under the previous management and consistently got gel pedicures and Gel-X manicures with great results. There was a nail tech who was fast, clean, and very experienced. I called ahead to book a Gel-X manicure for my birthday and was reassured the current team could do it. After agreeing to a Gel-X fill instead (which I wasn’t used to), I ended up spending 2 hours on my manicure and was never offered water. The tech took an extremely long time filing and reshaping, then layered gel repeatedly because there wasn’t a matching polish to my pedicure. Instead of offering a color change, he kept saying he “had it.” The result was thick, bumpy nails with uneven shaping. The original deep teal color started lime green and ended up jade. 1st time client: I tried the super deluxe pedicure and the head spa treatment. Loved both! Jennifer applied products that were specific to my dry skin issues and used a constant flow of warm steam and massage to ensure my skin absorbed all the moisture it could. My legs look amazing! Chelsea gave my head and face an invigorating massage that worked on my stress points. The hair products smelled wonderful and my hair felt silky soft afterwards. They use a custom designed table so that while I was getting the scalp/head/hair/face treatment my feet were soaking in a herbal treatment to promote detox and circulation. I came in for a simple gel manicure with a pink base and french tips. I was charged $50+, there for 1 hour and 20 minutes and they look AWFUL. They are messy, uneven and the thickness of the tips are all different sizes! The guy did three coats of pink and then put a good amount of white on and used polish remover and a brush to attempt to create a french tip look, however it took 90% of the pink off. There are RANDOM smudges of pink all over my nails. I also don't know why he removed the pink in the first place, why paint 3 coats of pink just to remove it all moments later? If he was not able to do the pink nails with french tip, he should have said that from the beginning. This is the worst gel manicure I have ever had and on top of that it took forever! I will not be returning.

I have been going to Chelsea at Revibe/Polish Her Not for the past few months and have always loved my nails! I work outdoors on a variety of projects and my coworkers are always shocked that my nails never chip or break during work. I dug an entire trench without gloves and didn't lose a single nail. If you want beautiful, sturdy manicures for a good price I would 100% recommend this location!

I’ve been going to Chelsea for some time now. I hate getting my nails done but love having them done. She gets them done quick and the quality is unmatched. They always turn out so good and last.Plus she’s the sweetest.
