Best darn therapeutic massage practitioner in the country. I literally commuted from Texas to see her. It can always be aprehensive meeting a new massage therapist but, she was exceptionally professional and has exceptional knowledge of her craft. I came in with a spasmed shoulder and in 2 sessions she cured me where a chiropractor had tried and failed. Lastly, there are tons of massage "therapists" out there but, have no real knowledge of anatomy or the feild but, practice. Chris is definitely not one of those. Shes heavily trained, professional to a T, and all around provides a great experience. Its a shame I do not live in oceanside to see her more

I highly recommend Christina. She was very accommodating and helpful in arranging a massage appointment for 3 individuals ncluding 2 from Virginia and Hawaii who were visiting. Christina based the massage on our individual needs and gave helpful information as well. She is professional and knowledgeable.

Amazing and knowledgeable! I was having a shoulder issue that I just couldn't seem to stretch out and get relief from, it was in a strange area under my shoulder blade, but presented as pain in a few different areas. I saw Christina and she was able to find the trouble spot quickly. But what was the huge benefit is that she unwound the tension from multiple areas to address the issue in its entirety! It was 5 days ago and I feel so good and am able to sleep again...thanks Christina, you are awesome!

That's all that matters I do need to revisit more often . Remember drink plenty of water stretch and excersize, as much as you can . I know it is difficult , but who knows?
