I go to Reverie religiously to get my hair done by Hana, and I cannot say enough good things about her!!! I’ve been doing a violet-red color for almost two years now, and she nails it every single time. I recently decided to add clip-ins, and she’s also done my tape-ins and wefts in the past, her extension technique is unmatched. The hair always lasts, blends perfectly, and grows out so well. I’m always beyond happy with my color, and during every service Hana is so thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She truly listens, explains everything she’s doing, and makes sure my hair stays healthy while still giving me exactly what I want. I always leave feeling confident and obsessed with my hair!

I’ve hesitated to write this review, but unfortunately I had a very poor color experience and feel it’s important to share. I came in with an ash medium brown base and highlights and asked to slightly warm it up while keeping it the same depth but specified NOT darker. I left the salon with hair that was nearly black. I reached out afterward to speak with management and to have the color corrected. I returned to the salon, where my original stylist lifted and re-toned my hair. However, it has now been eight weeks and the color has not washed out. I am left with dark, copper-toned hair with no dimension, which is not what I asked for or expected. I had such an amazing experience with Marissa! I did a quick consult 2 weeks before my balayage color and felt so comfortable. I only get my hair dyed every 3-4 years so it’s a big deal when I do it. Marissa was so warm and sweet and completely understood the assignment. She was attentive and methodical, asking to see my photo inspirations to ensure the color was how I wanted. I could tell she’s an expert in balayage with how much time and the attentiveness she brought - even if my ask wasn’t anything crazy. I found Hana through Instagram and truly haven’t looked back since. She is incredibly talented in all things curly hair—cutting, coloring, and styling—and it shows in every appointment. Beyond her skill, Hana is so professional and genuinely sweet. You feel completely taken care of, but also truly listened to, which is rare these days.
