I really loved my nails at first but within the first week they started cracking off. I got one of my nails fixed (wrong color but I ignored that) then the next day another tip cracked off. Over the following week they started coming off completely. I did call to see if I could get a partial discount considering I paid $85 to basically have nails for a week, but they could only offer me 10% off, which seems pointless. Disappointed I didn’t have the same experience as everyone else in the reviews. My dip has always lasted me 3+ weeks Update: The manager asked me to come back in for a new set and I’m really happy with my current nails. It’s been over a week and they feel strong with no signs of chips or issues. I really appreciate the customer service and willingness to make it right.

I’ve been going here consistently for the past ~6 months - best dip in Chicago!!! After being consistently disappointed in other salons’ careless and globby dips and lack of color choices, this place was a breath of fresh air. Everyone that I’ve received services from here has been professional, helpful, and highly skilled. They sculpt each nail to perfection so that even after 3 weeks of grow-out, they still look great and I still get compliments! Special shout-out to Trang - she’s my go-to if she’s available! They offer more colors to choose from than any other salon I’ve been to. They have like ~5 different neon greens and a different salon I went to before them had 0! I’m a forever-client and recommend them to everyone!
