Chika is wonderful. I have been using her for color for a couple years and absolutely love my color. She is very easy to talk to and really listens to achieve the style and color I want. I know she strives to make every customer happy! Reverie is in a beautiful historic building in downtown Madison with lovely decor and a very chill atmosphere.

A friend referred me and this will definitely be my new hair salon. I saw Chika and she took great care of me. She did an amazing job with my thick curly hair. The ambiance is great and fits the vibe of all the other great places popping up in Old Time Madison. Love this place and definitely recommend!

Word of advice, ladies: keep looking. This was my first—and absolutely last—visit here. You know that little voice in your head that warns you? I ignored mine and decided to give this stylist a chance. Never again. I moved here a month ago and needed to find a new stylist, and if you truly care about your hair, you know how hard it is to trust someone new. I specifically asked for an experienced stylist when I made my appointment and again when I arrived the day of. Despite that, I was placed with a very young stylist who was clearly inexperienced with both color and cutting. I showed her a clear photo of my desired color and cut, yet my hair was completely messed up—not even close to the color I requested. My hair is chopped off in the back, uneven, with spotty black patches throughout. I

I have been going to Candice for about five years, starting back when she was at Bull Feathers. She has always been easy to talk to, professional, and consistently great at what she does. She is hardworking but laid back, always on time, and incredibly flexible when it comes to rescheduling. And I do not mean normal rescheduling. I mean I have changed appointment times far more than a reasonable person should because of my job, and she has always been easy and accommodating about it. Since Candice took over Reverie Hair and Company, she has genuinely elevated it. The atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the overall experience are noticeably better, yet she never makes it about herself. You would honestly never know she owns the place because she approaches every appointment the same

Great hair salon on Main St in Downtown Madison. The salon is in a refurbished historic building and has modern finishes and decor to complement the exposed brick walls. Chika is a very personable and is great stylist. She always ensures the client is happy with her services. I recommend this salon.
