Revelation Hair

The first pic is what I asked for the second 2 pics is what I left with. Keeley the owner of the shop told me it would fade with a few washings, it did not. When I reached out to her to asked what we can do to get me closer to the pic she avoided my text for a few days, finally responding with I will be in on Wednesday and I will call you then…. At 6 pm on Wednesday I let her know that I have made an appointment with someone to fix it…. She responded with she wasn’t aware that it needed to be “fixed”. She charged me $200 and I tipped her $20 because we went to school together!! She said the tip indicated I was satisfied with the service.
