Every time I walk into the salon I feel like I just got to my best gals house. I am welcomed by name and treated wonderfully! I moved from Southern Pines to Carolina Beach last year and I still drive to Retro for my services. Emily makes my lash extensions look natural and her professionalism during a Brazilian is perfect! Mandy makes my hair look perfect with my natural curls. If you have curly hair you know the struggle is real! Many never disappoints. Go to Retro, you will thank me.

I love Retro! My hair looks amazing every time I’m here and everyone is so nice. I’ve always felt super happy with my hair since coming here. Highly recommend! I see Cassie and she is so talented in making gorgeous hair.

I have gotten my hair done here for years. Hadn’t had issues prior until i had an issue with one of the stylists. I had never been rude to them, tipped well, and showed up on time. Got treated awful, pulled my hair, wouldn’t speak to me unless it was about my hair. Great at doing hair, awful customer service. Not worth the money. Rachel and Adrianna were very passive aggressive.

I was so upset that a different salon completely fried my hair. The girl on the phone who booked the appointment was so understanding and got me in the next day! Then the cosmotologist who did my hair knew it was going to be a mess but she was so willing to take on the challenge and made me feel great during the whole process. I felt 100% better walking out of this salon than I did walking in. Thank you girls for saving what was left of my hair ❤️ I'll most definitely be back
