I'm sure they are decent people but I tried to surprise my wife with an appointment and was told that walk ins were welcome. I called and stated what day I would be dropping her off which was a Saturday. I dropped her off and then 2 minutes later my wife was calling me to pick her up because they told her they couldn't do her hair due to the lady not taking any more appointments. Apparently I was supposed to call back again! Calling twice just to be a walk in!! Lol what do they think a walk in is?? I was disappointed along with my wife and they didn't even make alot of effort to book her back in on a better day or offer much condolence. The hairstylist listens to what the client wants but will modify the style to fit your hair. Very friendly easy to get appointment but they are busy.

My hairdresser is very friendly and attentive. Does a great job and reasonable prices. Makes recommendations for hair cut and coloring.....
