I had a great experience with the esthetician Chloe. I decided to go in for a consultation a few weeks prior to services since I have sensitive skin and recently started experiencing acne. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to find some products within my budget that would work with what I had at home. Her recommendations were great, as I'm already seeing improvements in my problem areas. Today I had my facial, and I have nothing but good things to say! She was careful to check in with me to ensure I wasn't having reactions to the products being used, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I left with a new cleanser to add to my routine, and a fresh face for the new year. 🥰

Horrible experience booking at Roseville location. I had to cancel my appointment and will never book at this location again! They tried to up-charge me 50 minutes before the set appointment. I wanted to get a facial for an upcoming photoshoot and so I called the Rosevillle location because they had text me special offers on services. They told me that they had a platinum hydro-facial, Dermaplaning and red-light for $169. After shopping the price around to other locations, I decided to go with the deal but that’s when the problems started. When I called back to book the appointment, there was a different person on the phone and then they told me that they only had the regular Hydro facial available for 169 and not the platinum. I asked to speak to a manager because they already quoted me

I didn’t know what to expect at my first visit, how I would feel, the process and I was nervous to do Cryo. But as soon as I walked in the staff was awesome, I was instantly put at ease. I filled out some paperwork and I had to get cleared to do the IM shots, they were very thorough. The shots were quick and easy. When I got the cryo done, I told him I was nervous and he instantly put me at ease. He explained the process and reassured me that I could exit any time I wanted. But it was awesome and I stayed in the entire time. To sum it up, the staff was great. Very relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable.

I usually go to the Sacramento Loehmann's plaza location. I was in Roseville and decided to pop in for convenience and it was such a treat! The staff was great and made it super easy to "pop in" and get my compression and red light therapy for the day! I left knowing I would be happy going to either location! I will definitely be back when I am in Roseville!
