The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the services thoroughly. I tried the compression therapy and it was a great experience. I noticed a difference in my swelling afterward. I would definitely recommend their services!

Came in for my first infrared sauna session. I actually prefer it over a traditional sauna—it’s not as intense heat-wise, but still very effective. I definitely plan on making this a recurring appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, and the space was clean, organized, and welcoming. Overall, a great experience.
