Tried out Restore Hyper Wellness in Pembroke for the first time and had a great experience. The space is super clean, modern, and calming. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Isabella walked me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, which I really appreciated. I tried the compression boots and red light therapy, and both were amazing. The compression felt great on my legs, especially after a long day, and the red light session was surprisingly relaxing. It gave off a nice gentle warmth without being too intense. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to add something new to your wellness routine or just want a quick reset.

That level of thoughtful, personable care just makes the whole experience feel like a community.
